These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and agam96 (hereinafter "agam96", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the agam96 online betting and gaming platform accessible at agam96.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by agam96 prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

To register and maintain an account on the agam96 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of agam96 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or business partners.
5. You must not have been previously self-excluded from the agam96 platform or any affiliated platform, or have had a prior account permanently suspended by agam96 for breach of these Terms.
6. You must not be listed on any international sanctions list, financial crime watchlist, or politically exposed persons (PEP) register that would prevent agam96 from providing services to you under applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the agam96 platform, including placing wagers and processing withdrawals, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. The name registered on your agam96 account must exactly match the name on your government-issued Indonesian ID (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) and your designated bank account used for withdrawals. Discrepancies may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the agam96 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same personal details, email address, phone number, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. agam96 employs automated systems and manual reviews to detect multi-accounting. Where duplicate accounts are detected, agam96 reserves the right to permanently suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any pending withdrawals.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. agam96 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. agam96 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

agam96 is committed to operating a compliant, fraud-resistant platform. In accordance with internationally recognized Know Your Customer (KYC) standards and anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices, agam96 requires identity verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds and in any circumstances where the Platform reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling.

4.1 Standard KYC Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible color photograph of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National Identity Card), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months, clearly displaying your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A live selfie photograph of you holding your KTP beside your face, taken on the date of submission.

4.2 Verification Timelines

Standard KYC verifications are processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours during WIB business hours. Complex cases or incomplete submissions may require additional documentation and may take longer. agam96 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

agam96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon for bank transfers, as well as the e-wallet platforms OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though deposits above Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to enhanced due-diligence review.
• Deposits are credited to your agam96 Wallet Balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the time the funds are confirmed received by the Platform's payment processing system.
• agam96 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which agam96 accepts no liability.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account minus any applicable bank processing charges.
• agam96 reserves the right to delay crediting a deposit pending identity verification in cases where the Platform's fraud-detection systems flag a transaction as potentially suspicious.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name and matching the name on their agam96 account exactly. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–60 minutes for amounts up to Rp 10.000.000 during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours, or on Indonesian public holidays, may be processed on the next business day.
• Withdrawals above Rp 10.000.000 are subject to manual review and may take up to four (4) hours to process. Withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 require completed KYC verification and may be subject to additional AML checks.
• agam96 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.
• Only funds derived from genuine wagering activity may be withdrawn. Depositing funds without placing any wager and immediately requesting withdrawal may be treated as a suspicious transaction and investigated accordingly.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the agam96 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). agam96 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs associated with international transfers are the sole responsibility of the Player.

agam96 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to registered Players who have completed the relevant opt-in steps for each specific promotion, unless the bonus is credited automatically per the promotion's stated mechanics.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states it is recurring (e.g., a weekly reload bonus).
• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion's terms before they become withdrawable as real funds.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and any winnings accumulated thereon that remain subject to outstanding wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• agam96 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirement fulfillment. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute at a rate specified in the relevant promotion terms. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagering contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Placing a single bet exceeding the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

agam96 employs automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-risk wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements (e.g., placing opposing bets to hedge a bonus position), collusion between multiple accounts to generate bonus returns, and registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once. Where bonus abuse is detected, agam96 reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses, void any winnings derived from abusive play, and permanently suspend the accounts involved.

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the agam96 platform — whether on sports markets (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures), live casino tables, slot gacor (popular high-volatility slot games), togel draws, or any other available market — are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after confirmation, except where agam96 offers an explicit "Cash Out" feature on a specific market and the Player elects to use it within the applicable window.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, market, and Player account tier (including VIP status). The applicable limits are displayed on each game or betting market interface at the time of placing a wager. agam96 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software, system, or human error that results in an incorrectly offered price, payout, market, or game outcome, agam96 reserves the right to void the relevant bet(s) and refund the staked amount to the Player's Wallet Balance. agam96 is not liable for any winnings generated as a result of a manifest error. A "manifest error" is defined as an error that a reasonable person would, upon reflection, recognize as clearly incorrect — for example, a Premier League match offered at decimal odds of 1000.0 due to a data-feed glitch.

7.4 Disconnections and Technical Issues

agam96 endeavors to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. However, agam96 cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of a disconnection during an active game round or live bet, the outcome will be determined by the Platform's server-side record. agam96 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or disruptions beyond the Platform's reasonable control.

7.5 Integrity and Match Fixing

Any Player found to be involved in or aware of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any other activity intended to corrupt the integrity of a sporting event or game outcome will have their account permanently suspended and all associated winnings forfeited. agam96 cooperates fully with relevant sports integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies in investigating such matters.

agam96 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that empower Players to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost via the account settings panel or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

• Opening or operating more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with agam96.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or bank account in connection with your agam96 account.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — including the exploitation of manifest pricing errors as described in Clause 7.3.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform without agam96's express written consent.
• Colluding with other Players, agam96 employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in or facilitating bandar bola (unlicensed football bookmaking) or any other form of unauthorized sub-agency activity using agam96's odds or markets.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or Wallet Balance to any third party.

All content on the agam96 platform — including but not limited to the agam96 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, icons, software, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of agam96 or its licensed third-party content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the agam96 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. • Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or analysis provided on the Platform, which is offered for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or betting advice.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to bonus forfeiture resulting from wagering-requirement violations.

agam96's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Suspension by agam96

agam96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe; receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the Player's bank or e-wallet provider; or any other situation in which agam96 reasonably believes that continued account operation poses a risk to the Platform's integrity, security, or legal compliance.

12.2 Termination by the Player

Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to the agam96 support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, agam96 will process the return of any remaining real-money Wallet Balance (net of any active bonus balances subject to outstanding wagering requirements) to the Player's designated withdrawal method within five (5) WIB business days.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by agam96 — all active bonuses, Bonus Balance, and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Balance activity will be forfeited. Real-money Wallet Balances that are not subject to any outstanding fraud investigation will be returned to the Player per the process described in Clause 12.2.

agam96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect withdrawal processes, bonus wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — agam96 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via a prominent in-platform notification and/or email to the registered email address on your account.

Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates to payment method lists) may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the agam96 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure per Clause 12.2 before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the agam96 platform — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which agam96 holds its international gaming license, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties within thirty (30) days of written notice shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent agam96 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm arising from a material breach of these Terms.
